There are no rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks here. Instead, we use a co-design approach (drawing on my background in user-centred design, product leadership and org transformation) to shape a journey that is uniquely yours.

Experience Leadership in Real-Time:
Equus Coaching
For leaders who want to deepen self-awareness and presence, I also offer Equus Coaching, an experiential approach co-facilitated by horses.
Standard coaching happens in your head; Equus coaching happens in your body, in nature. By partnering with horses, leaders receive immediate, non-judgmental feedback on their presence, energy, and boundary-setting, as well as a safe space to experiment.
